There are going to be times where the people you’re dealing with are super difficult. You just can’t please them for ANY reason. We all have those people that we deal with, and in real estate / selling a home, you may deal with these people all the time. That’s okay though, even if they go on Yelp or something and write a bad review. You can offer your explanation of the situation. No worries there.
If someone is acting very difficult, just relax. There’s no need to stress. You can just try to treat them as best as possible. You don’t have to please everyone, just give your best effort. Again, it’s super important that you remain calm at all times.
If someone starts yelling at you, don’t yell back. It’s possible they had a bad experience in the past with buying or selling a home. Just keep that cool, home slice! They will apprecaite it in the long run if you’re not hot headed and can just relax. Just take a few breaths and try not to let them bother you. Again, if you are super well off and you don’t need their business, kindly refer them to someone else. Otherwise, if you have to take them on as clients just try to do the best you can.
This means no disrespect, even if they are treating you disrespectfully. This means treating them fair and with dignity.
You know, we all have our days when we don’t feel like acting right, but that one time could cost you a lot money in business in the future. So just make sure you’re level headed and acting decent and the problem of the bad, upset customer that you cannot please will eventually go away on it’s own, most of the time at least. You guys hang in there and everything will work itself out!
